unable to remote trace pega mobile app

Hi , 

I am able to find the APP Requestor  in Remote tracer , but unable to trace rules .

Can anyone suggest me any approach to trace mobile app.

Hi @SandeepG2404

If you are able to locate the requestor and nothing happens on trace, it is likely the wrong requestor ID. 

  • I would suggest switching to Admin Studio > Resources > Requestors > Filter by Type and select APP > choose the correct entry and select trace. To verify if the trace is working, try to perform some operators on the mobile app and view tracer. 
  • If this does not work try to filter by Operator ID instead of Type and proceed the same way.
