trouble in logging to the system in pega 7 mobility app

Hi

I am facing trouble in logging to the system in pega 7 mobility app downloaded from Android play store .After entering the logging credentials in mobile the intent page takes the input but the page refreshes back again to logging page.I have tried in other phones even there the same problem is occurring.
