Pega Mobile app IOS Device

Hi,

We have developed pega hybrid mobile application and installed in android and IOS devices. We have Worklist and workobjects displayed over there. When we try to open the work objects , it works fine in android but from IOS devices , same work objects does not open intermittently. And we are not able to capture the logs when we click on the work object from IOS (Click event on IOS for those WOs). Could anyone know how to capture logs or suggestions on this.

To capture the iOS logs you can use a 3rd party tool such as the one provided by lemonjar : -

Have you tried tracing the session using remote tracer?
