Does SetTicket resume the flow to the previous stage?

Hi All,

We have got a requirement to include a back button (go to a certain point) in the flow. We wanted to use ticket to achieve this. I created a button and in the actions I'm setting a ticket. And in the flow(of the previous stages), in the assignment I've provided the ticket in assignment properties but it doesn't work. Am I missing something here?

If you are using PEGA version 7 or above, go for the Change stage shape and manage flows with entry when conditions instead of tickets

If above doesn't fit your requirement, Tickets are entry points in the flow. So try change stage and raise the ticket. That might work.
