URL Refuses to Connect on VMWare for SSA

I play the ova file and the machine starts and displays a URL. Open up Chrome or explorer, input the URL and the browser displays "The site can't be reached. [URL] refused to connect." I had to set the network adapter settings to host-only otherwise no url was displayed.
