VMware providing invalid launch URL

Downloaded LSA_719_VM_20160808 tar for Windows 7 as well as VMware Workstation 12 Player.  First launch was successful in opening PRPC instance to develop.  However, subsequent launches are not providing a valid URL to use:

"To access the Designer Studio, open a browser of your choice and enter the URL: http://:9080"

I have suspended / shutdown VMWare as well as restarted the computer with no success.  Is there a mapping / configuration update needed (no changes were made)?
