want to trigger alternate URL provide by Services provider
From pega using rest or soap , services give 2 or more endpoint . requirement is , if any URL is down, make use of other url and trigger services.How can we achieve it.

Can you confirm that your Pega app is the client, using Connectors to communicate with external services?
I think the best way to handle this is with a Data Page with multiple Data Sources.
You can configure the "When" logic to pick the right endpoint at the right time.

what would be the condition i need to check? i can handle this in connector activity by checking transition condition of connect -soap method.but i need to use many connect soap method for each url.

The condition is based on the situation you're trying to solve. You have not provided detailed explanations on how you expect this to work, so I have only been able to give abstract suggestions so far.
An idea from a colleague of mine:
- Add a parameter to the data page, which is a "count"
- Use When rules to filter (choose) the Data Source on the Data Page based on the count parameter
- When rule for first Data Source is true when count is 0
- When rule for second Data source is true when count is 1
- etc.
- The logic that calls the data page will check for failure, and up this parameter, then call the data page again with the new parameter value
