I can't start Postgresql

can't start Postgresql container with :

docker run --name pega74db -P -e POSTGRES_USER=pega -e POSTGRES_PASSWORD=pegasys pega74db

the problem resolved after I use Docker toolbox, I open the terminal window from docker CLI and use command :
docker start CONTAINER_ID
to start / stop

docker run --name pega74db -p 5432:5432 -e POSTGRES_USER=pega -e POSTGRES_PASSWORD=pegasys pega74db
Please make sure the port numbers are appropriate for your settings.

my installation has been done, and the first start is working good.
after I removed those exsiting containers and restart the container with docker run command, the postgreSQL container is working good, but the tomcat container shows:
