Can't start RDA automation from pega application.

I can't run the automation from a pega application using robot automation on the pre/post processing in the flow action. I've installed Runtime using all recomendations from the installation guide, I've tried to install it as administrator, but all times pega application couldn't start automation. Runtime and solution start up, in application using the correct name of automation. Autometion is started from pega app on the machine whith Studio. As I know, when runtime is executed, localruntime api (https://localruntime.pega.com:9443/api/v1/runtime/isavailable) should be available. On the dev machine it is, but on the end user machine no. What should i do to solve this problem?

Runtime version 8.0 sp1 Studio version 8.0

Hi Andrey,

So if rest service is not available for some reason, start by looking into RuntimeLog on user machine. Usually there is an exception with additional information about service startup failure.

I have OpenSpan.Diagnostic Internal Exception in the added file full screenshot of this exception log, and this messege in RunTimeLog.txt

Error   | 03:07:53.956  | 1      | STA   | AutomationBroker          |                                |                                | AutomationBrokerServicesFactory not found

 Have u ever meet thistrouble?

 

And it is very strange. I have same log files on the my dev machine and runtime machine, except rows with calling localruntime api, on the runtime machine this row doesen't exist
