Can't assign a robot to an activity
Hi,
Im trying to assingn a task to my robot that is executing a automation, but every case that is create is removed from queue for robot procces and is not assigned to a robot, my robot is running the automation "demoCellDataPlan" and it starts from the robot activity "actSearchForPromo" on the automation "Demo_E_RbtSearchPromoStarted", my case flow is designed with a "start" and a "end" shape and is set to run the robot automation "actSearchForPromo", but It still not assigning the activity to te robot.
Can somebody help me on this problem.
I left attached some screenshots showing my configuration.

The robot will not receive anything in the queue, because there is nothing to be assigned, unless you are launching an assignment that can be routed to the robot for completion. If this is just a test, try creating na simple assignment shape before your robot queue node and update your robot automation to populate a field on your assignment to see if the robot just needs an actual item to be routed to it.

Yes it was my intent. All I wanted to see is if the activity assings to the robot and completes, but it doesn't happen

Can you put a screenshot fo the activity properties in the Studio ???
The activity name in properties should be same as one mentioned in Pega Assign to robot queue : actSearchForPromo
