Show a specific section when user access is denied

Hi all,

I am changing an Access Role for limit the usage of some users for only read cases. Allowing users for read instances, it shows the expected behaviour; App doesn't allow to the specific user to create cases, but shows this section:

I am looking for change this flow for launch an specific section, intead of pyNewWorkContainer.

Does anybody know how to modify it?
