How to interrogate Citrix application using Pega studio installed in CITRIX client system.
We have Pega Robotics Studio installed in our local system whereas our application to be automated in deployed as CITRIX application. When we launch Citrix web page as web adapter, after the application is clicked and launched, the target icon doesn't recognize the CITRIX application (windows application). Please help us out if there is any plugin or settings to be done for interrogation.

Studio must have access to the application's files and resources. If it is running and streamed from the Citrix Server, then it cannot interrogate the application. You will either need Studio to be on the Citrix Server or you will need a local copy of the application to work with during development.

We are facing difficulty in using either of your options. With the existing setup of accessing application in CITRIX , IS there any possibility to use OCR methods to progress interrogation development? Looking forward your response.
