Using OCR for Citrix based application

We are able to get the controls inside the Citrix receiver. Once we click on any application inside the Citrix receiver, then not able to get the controls of the application which resides inside the Citrix server. Cause of which I am not able to use even OCR. Please guide me

On the client machine only an application image is published. The application itself is on citrix server. You have to install Robotics Studio with adapter path set to application local path on the citrix server to interrogate it. If the administrator canno't give you direct access to citrix server, you can ask them to install Robotics studio and publish it as an application to interrogate the necessary app from the server and build solution for it.
