Deleting Predefined Operator ID
Hi,
My question is about deleting predefined Operator ID.
The customer's requirement is that unnecessary Operator ID should be deleted from operator management and security point of view.
There is a candidate list to be deleted or disabled for future use.
The following operator IDs seem to have been generated when "BankerPro" application is installed.
Admin@BP
Proprietary information hidden
AutomationAdministrator
Bank00
Bank01
Bank02
CustServ00
CustServ01
CustServ02
Developer@BankerPro
RuntimeUser@BankerPro
UserAdmin@BankerPro
adamg14022018132249
amelh14022018132249
xxxxx 4022018132249 (same as above)
Is there any impact if we delete all of them based on the condition that we don't use "BankerPro" anymore ?
Or a specific Operator ID should not be deleted because it can be used for particular functionality even if we don't use "BankerPro" ?

Hello,
In general, it isn't recommended to delete Operator.
Do you know if those operators have been used. Maybe you will have references on history records of created cases or assignments left.

Thank you for quick reply.
Some of the operators had been used in the past to run the application. But the Application I mentioned here is a kind of "sample" application, not for production. The purpose is to avoid managing unnecessary operator ID instances if there is no negative impact.
