PR_Operators instances deleted

We upgraded an old pega application from 6.1 to 8.3 and after a few weeks all of our instances on the PR_Operator table appear to have systematically deleted. Are there an agents or processes that would have ran that may have deleted these entries on the table. We can't find anything in the logs, but do see in the database a query "delete from SCHEMA.pr_operators where pzInsKey = …." This appears something was deleting them one pzinskey at a time.

pr_operator instances are not deleted during upgrade nor do we have any OOTB agents/QP which deletes operator record. 

Did you check the timings of the delete queries does it corresponds to when the upgrade script was run?
