pr_operators data got deleted

Hello All,

     All the data got deleted from pr_operators table. I am not able to login any more to the application. Is there a way I can restore?

Please help!!!

Ouch.

In a distribution image there is a prpcUtils script to load a package jar into the DB I believe.

All you need to package, on some other system obviously, are Data-Admin-Operator-ID instances.

If this is a real project you can ask Pega Support for help.

You apparently are not using external authentication at this point.

Hello Pedel,

      Thank you so much for your reply. Yes it is a real project.

     I tried doing a DB copy but for single table pr_operators from Oracle Developer Client and it worked well.

    Now I am able to get all my operators back.
