Not able to update pyEmailAddress in PR_OPERATORS table through an activity
Hi All,
I am trying to update pyEmailAddress which is in PR_OPERATORS table through an activity. But pyEmailAddress column is still showing the old email. When i trace the issue i can see updated email is showing in tracer but not reflecting in Table. please find the attachment which is has the screenshots of code and tracer. But i am able to update other column in DB(pyoperatorisdeactivated) from an activity.
Please let me know if i am missing anything here.

If you are looking to change the email address of the operator, I think you need to do a property set for ".pyAddresses(Email).pyEmailAddress" to change the email address of the operator.

pyEmailAddress is not a top-level single value property unlike pyoperatorisdeactivated. It is a part of pyAddresses pagegroup.

Hi ,
as per the doc you have attached , you have done a wrong property set on step 3
-- (Just do a obj open on your operator id record and check the email id on clipboard )
use .pyAddresses(Email).pyEmailAddress
please check the below screenshot .

Thank you All for quick response. Now i am able to update the operator emails.
