Campaign run finishes with offers but without any trace of PR- work object
We have a number of campaigns running in production daily for last few months. After deployment on Feb12, we observed that the campaigns are running as per schedule, sending out offers as designed, but, the run schedule is not getting updated with completion statistics. Also, in work table there is no trace of the program run and in logs, there is no error reported.
What can be done to determine cause of this issue? What logs can be activiated? Any help will be highly appreciated.

One more update to the question - When the campaign starts the pxcoverinskey (the P-nnn) is associated with the Campaign Run work object (PR-nnn). When the offers are sent out, and when we go and check the Campaign run work object with respect to pxcoverinskey, we are not finding it as the pxcoverinskey is getting set to null.

This does not sound like expected Pega Marketing behavior. Have you customized Pega Marketing? Also, when you say 'after a deployment on Feb 12' , what was deployed?
Can you explain how you are verifying the value of pxCoverInsKey on the Campaign run work object? In your original message you stated that the work table doesn't include the Campaign run work object.
Providing version information may be helpful as well.
