How to set Independent Case Dependency of a case from different Application using wait Shape?

I have a Case Named Service Management in my Implementation application and i want to call a case Inside it as and independent subcase Named Initiate Service Which is not in my implementation application i have done the configuration to access it from this application.
I want to Set a Case Dependency using wait shape. I have used the [Other] option provided in the Casetype(s) and Scope Field in the Wait shape Properties. Still it is not working. My case i.e:ServiceManagement is not getting resolved after my subcase i.e:InitiateService is resolved. The wait shape is not being completed. Please go through the Images for Better Understanding.

Hi Shrijap1,
When coordinating work between parent and child cases, For that we may need to enforce a dependency between a parent case and one or more child cases.Thus, the processing of the parent case is dependent upon the processing of the child cases. But I don't think we can set dependency between different application.
