How to get completed case data after a wait shape
Hi,
When using a wait shape after multiple child cases creation with the below configuration in a flow:
- Wait Type: Case Dependency
- Wait For: Any
Is there a way to know the case that completed and has trigger the wait shape ?

I resolved this need by using a custom activity on the child resolution stage and updated the cover data with informations I need.
I will raise an enhancement request to engineering team as it will be nice to have the information about the waited for case without customization effort.

Hi Ahmed,
Can you please elaborate your requirement. Generally you kept the case dependency so that it will depend on the case status with several options then basing on the status it will trigger the next assignment.

Are you looking for the case id of the resolved case which actually made the dependency fulfilled to access some details?

To give more details:
The goal is to achieve a multi-dependency case management.
So, based in the execution plan setup on the runtime by the user, in our flow after the wait shape we could be waiting for one or many child case to complete.
Once a child case complete, we need to know about its Data (including the case ID) in order to correctly process the remaining ones (to make the decision to wait for others if needed or trigger the next cases based on the execution plan).
Does anyone already faced a similar need? Any ideas?
