Attaching Images with FB / Web chats

Hi All

I have a requirement that, a user should be able to attach an image through FB / WebChat. Can you please let me know if that is possible with 7.4 Pega.

Hello,

All attachments added by user using Facebook channel will be added to service case but Please be aware that it works  only if you are in context of case.

So - yes it works - attachment will be attached to currently processed case. 

Webchat in 7.4 doesn’t support attachments.
