How to send email to out side person using pega
I am trying to send email to others who are out side people(non PEGA users), but it won't happens. please tell me how to achieve it by step by step. what the thing we have to take into consider to achieve above thing.

I am using email Wizard in the Designer studio. In that, I made a mistake regarding network connection and I am trying to send an email through my personal mail, in my personal mail I didn't change the security options. Finally, it works with small changes.

Can you please specify the method which you are using to send email to non-Pega users - In an activity or Send email shape? Can you please send us the configuration screenshots? Do you observe any errors in the logs for email failures?

Ii am suspecting below causes might be there. Please post the exception details to get more understanding on the issue.
1. Your using corrnew activity by passing workparty role's and in may be your case external users are not in your work party list so email is not going.
2. Some times email account level domain will be restricted to send email outside your organization.

Yes, I partially agree with the second point, we can send the mails by changing the security options in our mail account. Anyway, I got the result. I used email wizard in integration in the designer studio to achieve it.
