How to restrict a person while sending an email
One mail id is used by two persons in a family,need to send an email to only one person by restricting the other to not view the email. how can be configured?

Once the email is sent from Pega, it'll be treated as a normal email like any other email you see everyday in your mailbox. The security restriction of the email is no longer part of Pega's functionality from there on. So, to answer your question, no its not possible to restrict users if they're using the same email ID from Pega side. Pega will just send the email to the required mailbox, it restriction has to be handle from the other side.

To achieve this, you can't directly configure it within the email system itself (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, etc.) as they typically don't offer per-user access control for shared email accounts.
In order to protect confidential information you can create a password protected document and share it over email, so it can only accessed by the person who is aware of the password.
