How to send emails to not-Pega users' email addresses by using Corr PhoneText

Please tell me the way to send emails to not-Pega users' email addresses by using Corr PhoneText.

I want to send emails whose format is not HTML but PlainText.

Does SendEmailNotification activity meet this requirement?
