[Rule-Service-Email Method Name] failed:Authorization failed

An error occurred while processing your email Reason: Email service [ServicePackageName][WorkClassGroupName][Rule-Service-Email Method Name] failed:Authorization failed, please contact system administrator. You originally wrote: XXXXXX

Sent an email and got the above error as the reply. Checked all the authentications but not able to find the error. Is anyone got this kind of error? what is the solution for this error.

Hi Renuka,

Check Service Package rule, if the authentication is enabled here. Then you need to have a Requestor Login details under Email listener rule. The operator you mention under Requestor Login must be available in Pega platform.

Try this, the issue will be resolved.

Hi Upendhar,

I tried whatever the steps you have mentioned before itself. The configured operator is available in Pega. But still mentioned is coming :(

Hi Renuka,

Is operator mentioned under the operator details belongs to access group available in the service package, can you verify that ? 
Also, verify entered operator details once again, Just there may be a chance of entered wrong credentials.

After these two checks if you still face the problem, then I need more information to understand what is going wrong
