Handling header and left panel from mash up
We have a given mash up scripts on a link in java application.Showing left and header panel in Mashup is not supported out of the box.As there is a requirement, we circumstanced the harness to show left and header panels when invoked from mashup using "pxThread.isWebMashup" condition .
Now we are facing the below issue ,In chrome browser, you have a pega application launched.In a different tab in the same browser, you have a java application which has a hyperlink which when user clicks will launch mashup portal in a window. This window shows double top and header panes.
can we handle this scenario

The only solution that I could think off is to prevent the user from logging in both times. Check out this post to see if the solution here would help on that regard if you choose to go that route.
