Wait Shape when advancing flow!
Hi,
Greetings. We configured a Wait shape to pause for 120 seconds before advancing the flow to next step in the stage. Next step in the stage is a utility which writes event to audit, then to next stage. In the next stage, there is an utility to sendemail if there is an error in that utility what will happen to the case? at the moment, the case is in broken queue items and there are no assignments created. I always see the same error as below

We added error handling now, so will test and let you know if that fixes the problem

There is no explicit DB commits in the code but there was an error in the utility in next stage when trying to send an email, by this time, the work object is in a workbasket and on deadline it is trying to advance the flow (Wait configuration), not able to debug this issue.

Hello,
I believe tracing will be needed to understand a bit more what could be wrong. Or you can add a Obj-Refresh-And-Lock method to get the lock back and continue the process.
