Can't keep text format when exel file changed to CSV format in local data storage

Hi everyone,

I have a local data storage(data type) I'm trying to export from exel and and add some text data(have Turkish caracters).But when I'm trying import file I seen all Turkish caracters added wrong format.

How can I make soulution for that?

Hi I searched about format of Csv and this format not supporting Turkish caracters.So I searceh about another solution and I found for this caracters problems.I created a list view in the same  class with my local data storage. I added all instances with listview.​​
