Can't run activity or data transform after local action in Navigation rule
Hi,
I have a table based on a data page. I open a modal from a navigation rule in the context of the row. In the action set on the menu , the modal window is launched and then I call a refresh on the outer section and try to apply a data transform or activity along with the refresh and there is no evidence it is running, even using tracer. I also tried to run the data transform in its own action but still does not appear to be running.

@GiridharanVenkat Sorry not clear what you mean. I call the modal button on a row of an editable parameterized data page. I have tried calling data transforms in both the pyWorkPage context and the context of the data page row. I did see the data transform get executed in the context of pyWorkPage however my refresh outer section does not seem to be working or rebuilding the data page. I have also tried to call the pzDeleteAllInstancesOfDecalrePages to force a refresh but it does not work or throws an error. I cant call it from my post processing activity as I am in the context of the row I am trying to delete
So basically from the navigation rule which is in the class of the data page row in the table, I want to call a refresh/data transform in the outer section, but actions on the menu item do not work because I am trying to delete the data page in the row I am in the context of
Update: For some reason, functionality works as expected if opening the case within dev studio, but not in user portal.

Hello @JMark515,
Can you confirm if you are performing the below steps:
1. Populating a Table layout using a data page.
2. Adding a Menu Navigation control in each row.
3. In the action set of the navigation rule, you are adding a launch local action in Modal dialog and Refresh-Other section.
4. In the Refresh-Other section action you are passing the class name and the section name of the section that you are trying to refresh. Also, adding a data transform in this action.
If yes, then I believe this should invoke the data transform.

@GitarthaD33 yes, that is what I am doing. The strange thing is it works in dev studio. The refresh/DT also get called if I hit cancel on the modal.
