How to measure Ui load time

How to measure UI load time ? the Developer tools only shows the load time for the initial oad of the Portal and then during flow when we are showing different Screens, it is not showing the load time of the screen .Is there any way we can see the load time for each screen ?

Well, that is why I was asking the question, I wasn't quite sure. Anyway I just tried it and nothing in there no. So I guess the only option left is Developer tools on your browser.

Hi 

In the chrome developer tools,go to the network tab and then load your application/content then see   below the LoadTIme .
please see the attached screenshot for the same.

your answer works for the initial loading of the portal , but when we go through the application ( showing different screens) it never shows that detail in developer tool .
