Case is already open alert dialog popup when you click "Begin" button in review harness at CaseManegaer portal
in Pega 7.2.2
Case route to user_a and user_a peformed it, then case route to user_b.
User_b click that case from my work list on CaseManager portal open it (its open case with review harness), and click "Begin" button to start perform.
It supposed to open this case without any warning but warning alert dialog popup its said case is already open.
This happens in Pega 7.2.2 but 7.4.
Is this known defect in version 7.2.2?
note: in CaseWorker portal, warning doesn't show up.

Hello,
I thought when a user open a case he will be on PERFORM harness by default (not the REVIEW one). Did you change that with a custom configuration? Or is it all Out-Of-The-Box rules

I faced the same issue in Pega 7.4 too. In our Application, Dashboard should be visible to all the users. So, we had to use pyCaseManager7 portal.
I updated the pyCaseManager7 harness and included pyCaseWorker section instead of pyCaseManager7. Then updated pyCaseWorker section to include pyDashboard7 harness.
This trick resolved the issue of dialog pop-up.
