Thanks for the link. My question was around the services exposed by Pega. Example Service JMS.

Let's say Pega env is down, then the JMS listener would also go down. Now the consuming system would publish the message to MQ. So, the strategy is that when Listener is back online, the messages would be picked up.

Similarly we Email, File services. The above strategy would work Async services. But what about the p2p service like REST API. The consuming system should have some retry strategy when the response says application is down.

So, I'm looking if there is any recommendation/documentation by Pegasystems if Pega is down.
