When is it necessary to restart the environment?
Please let me know when I need to restart Pega Cloud environments.
We are currently operating to restart the environment after the application is released.
I have a feeling that every time we don't need to do a restart, but I'm not sure when a restart is needed and when not.
I know that a DSS update or hotfix installation may require a restart, but when else would a restart be required?
As a side note, I'm also wondering if a restart is required after upgrading the Pega Platform in addition to doing a release. We will be upgrading our environments from 8.6.6 to 8.8.2.
