This article is an effort to answer these questions.
The answer to all these questions is the same, which is that the Customization settings in your Co-browse Dashboard for Display Options are set such that Co-browse will launch itself either in Stealth or API mode. To get the Support Button to show up, you simply need to change the Display Option to button. Below are the steps to follow:
- Login to the Co-browse Dashboard using the Administrator credentials for your organization. (The following steps cannot be performed if the Administrator credentials are not used).
- Using the Top Nagivation bar go to the Customize page
- At the top of this page under Customize Pega Co-browse, check that the radio button selection under Display Options is set to Button. It is most likely set to Stealth or API.
- If the radio button selection is not set to Button, set it to button and Save the setting by clicking on the Save button at the bottom of the page.
- Now open or refresh the Webpage on which Pega Co-browse is integrated. The Button should appear now.
