BIX extract to folder

Hi,

I am using BIX to extract case data in XML format to a folder specified in file specification tab, when clicked for test connectivity it fails displays below message

com.pega.pegarules.pub.PRRuntimeException: Path: /XXX/XXX mentioned in the output directory is invalid

The above code is working in Dev but fails in QA environment, what would be the access/ user from PRPC for which access to be requested for writing into that above Path.

Check first your able to access the filepath or not and  also check if the particular directory have write access ?

Have you checked the test connectivity of the extract rule before running it through the agent .

Share us the complete stack trace after running the  extract rule .
