Unable to create a Business Issue - Ruleset field is blank

I am trying to create a Business Issue, but no ruleset name is displaying, hence unable to create it.

Can anyone please help me with this?

Hi,

I have faced similar issue in v7.2.

Please check the field value pxDecisioningClass and make sure the class mentioned corresponds to the application level SR class and the Ruleset for the class is unlocked.

Can you provide more details. Which exercise in the Pega Decisioning Consultant course are you trying to complete? Have you compared the steps you are tying to follow with the solution video?

Unable to create business Group under business issue -  While trying to save business group getting error like "Failed to create group groupname under issue issuename"

Can you be more specific about the error you are facing? Which Pega Academy course -> exercise -> step are you trying to complete? Did you check the Solution Video if you have followed all steps?
