Hello,
I am [email protected]. I have been receiving the exact same error while using the exercise system for System Architect Essentials course: Exercise: Creating reference data for Facilities and IT setup. It comes when I define a data type, create the local data source for it and try adding records.
I have tried:
1. Recreating the data type. Did not help. Exactly the same error.
2. Checked with the instructor regarding whether I am doing something wrong. He said that there is no problem in the way I am doing it.
3. Restarting the browser as well as my laptop.
May I request to know if there is a solution/workaround for this? If possible would like to know the root cause as well.

Found a workaround.
Upon encountering the error, clicking the 'Actions' button and clicking 'Submit' thereafter adds the record. Clicking 'Cancel' on the pop-up screen cancels the record addition though.
Doing this for each record entry is pain though. Refer the attached screen-captures.
