When I submit a form to create a support request or SR generate an message error: " Stage:This field may not be blank".
The field not exist in this form.

Not sure why exactly you are not able to see the field value or why the error message is coming.
Maybe your account executive can help in this case.

Hello,
After cross checking based on your registration details came to know that you had not been linked to your account by your Admin, so kindly follow the below steps:
- Ask your admin to link your account.
- Then click on Pega Logo to refresh your session.
- Now try to raise an SR.
If you still can't raise the SR, then kindly raise the issue in your MSP with the necessary screenshots.
