Rule Email Account - notify : Properities for pyImapHost and pyPop3Host

Our Email Administrators have informed us that we will need to change our email connections from aaaaaaaa.bbbbb.cdefg.com to bbbbbbbb.bbbbb.cdefg.com. We have some Email Account – Notify rules that have 2 properties (pyImapHost and pyPop3Host) that have a value of aaaaaaaa.bbbbb.cdefg.com.

Where are these property values coming from?

This is the screenshot of the Rule form. I do not see settings for aaaaaaaa.bbbbb.cdefg.com anywhere on this rule form and I do not see these property settings on the Email Account - Notify rule form. But I do see these properties in the clipboard of the rule (see attached).

The receiver section of the rule form is not filled out, but my guess would be that it was at one point. If you populate the host field in the receiver section, then save the rule, are either of the values updated?
