Unable to connect to Email Account (outlook) created in Pega Personal Edition 7.3.0
The error I am getting while connecting my Outlook account as below with the message -->
MessagingException caught connecting to email server: javax.mail.MessagingException: Exception reading response;
nested exception is:
java.net.SocketException: Connection reset

Thank you so much for all of your reply. Actually I was on my company network and the Firewall was stopping from connecting to the Email server. It is corrected now. Thanks for your support.
According to what I could find, you may need to be using SMTPS when you do this.
Depending on your version of Pega, the checkbox in the outbound area of your Email Account record will say "Use SMTPS" or "Use SSL.
Try checking that, saving, and attempting the connection again.
