Error while creating a Email account in Personal Edition
I am trying to configure Email account and selected Google Gmail as Email Provider. I'm facing the below issue while testing the connection. Please suggest on the solution.

Hi,
Can you try changing port number(Try by giving Port 25 or 587) and also you need to give access to pega to use your gmail account.
Like when you click on test connectivity you will get a email from google about security concern,there you have to give allow access.

Simply changing the port number is not a solution here.
The smtp.gmail.com node has 2 ports available:
- 465 with the "use smtps" / "use ssl" checkbox checked
- 587 without the "use smtps" / "use ssl" checkbox checked
Port 25 is not open on smtp.gmail.com
