Regarding Case ID

I want all the case details created by a single operator ID. should i write Report Definition or Activity? And How to do that?

Thanks for posting on PSC.

The report definition is the better option, as you provide filter condition with passed parameter easily. Also, later you could use this as a source for Grid.
