Regarding ET case body
whenever we are sending email from gmail to pega from few email ids we are receiving the required body content.
But for particular email IDs we receiving these "Hi All,<br/><br/> " between the required contents. could you please guide me how to remove these.

@kumars57 can you post a screenshot of the issue and release you are on currently. It's not clear where you are seeing this issue. If you use OOTB sections and text cleanup activities (internal) these HTML entities should not come up on UI.

These tags are coming in pybody of email. Please guide how to remove these. This is only happening with client email IDs. For us it is working fine.
