Monitoring Business Transactions using AppDynamics
Folks,
We are in the process of building and deploying a business application on Pega Cloud. As we currently use AppDynamics to monitor business transactions across the estate, we would like to deploy AppDynamics Java Server Agents onto the Pega Cloud to keep monitoring business transactions in this particular application.
Has anyone experience of doing so in the past? Any help and/or suggestion would be deeply appreciated by my development team.

Hi Sud!
We don't support customers adding software to our servers in Legacy Cloud. As we transition customers to Pega Cloud 2.x we are utilizing AWS services and "serverless" computing as much as possible. This means that in many cases there is no actual "server" on which you can install agents and other software. Our goal is to allow you to focus on your application while we focus on the infrastructure and monitoring.
