Business Transaction Monitoring /Class Level Monitoring using App Dynamics
We are trying to implement business transaction monitoring using the app dynamics.
Has anyone implemented this?
Is there any way to find out the flow name from the Request URI?
When we see the Business Transaction Snapshots in AppD tool, it captures all the URL either with PRServlet or SSOServlet, but from that we are not able to distinguish for different business transaction.
Also, how can we implement Class Level Monitoring?

I have not been able to find any guides or hints on how to get it working with Pega other than a post from last October at a high-level perspective (https://collaborate.pega.com/question/using-appdynamics-monitor-business-transactions-pega-application). From what I can see, Class Level Monitoring is something you can't use with "Request URI".
You might want to explore alternatives if you need something running consistently against production. For example, Pega has its own similar product - namely Autonomic Event Services (AES). (https://docs-previous.pega.com/pega-autonomic-event-services/introduction-pega-autonomic-event-services). There has been significant work done here to make AES production safe as you might expect, although it is not as robust as App Dynamics.
