Can you check the visibility condition of your harness, is it marked hidden? Make sure value for visibility is always.

To change any format, you can add format in skin(define display as table) and provide the same format under presentation tab.

If this doesn't answer your query, please explain your complete usecase. so, we can provide more input.

We have upgraded our system from 7.1 to 7.3 . The tabs are getting overlapped with the dynamic container.On comparing the code with 7.1 we see that in one of the div the display is block in 7.3 and in 7.1 the display type is table.on changing the dispaly to table via developer tools in ie,we see its correctly being displayed.how to change the display to table in css. Used the below code in CSS,no change is happening.Can we do this in userworkform. Can you please help us with the code.attached is the screen shot of the div and issue.

Use the below code to chnage the display , but the appropriate selector you need to write 

$("class selector").css("display", "block");
$("selector")[0].style.display ="block";

one of selector could be .yui-content contents tabContent
