Change of Ruleset of the class while renaming a class
Hi Team,
Can we change the ruleset of class while renaming the class during the run of Refactor wizard (Rename a class)?
Is their any OOTB rule which can be private edited during its run and a specific ruleset is given to rename the class in a different ruleset ?

Nope, we can't change the ruleset as it scans through all the versions in your ruleset while refactoring the class name.

By default, the Refactor Wizard (Rename a Class) does not allow changing the Ruleset of the class or its associated rules.

It only handles the renaming of the class across the rules where it is referenced, keeping them in the same Ruleset and Version.
⚙️ Is there any OOTB rule that can be private-edited to achieve this?

No direct OOTB activity or rule is exposed for customizing this behavior in Dev Studio.
