UI issues in Tablet testing

Hi All,

We are facing many UI issues of our application in Tablet testing.

Exs: 1. button is out of place and takes up the whole row of empty space

2. content cropped off when menu is not collapsed

3. Tooltip display is not accurate, the “X” is overriding the words when error messages are seen on the fields.

Can anyone let me know if there is any configuration setting or settings in any rules we need to make for the application to be Tablet compatible?

We are using PRPC 7.1.8

Hello ,

Did you recently upgraded to 7.1.8 .

If yes you need to render the application in HTML5 .

Hi Arun,

   No upgrade happened recently. We have done the upgrade almost 1.5yr back and followed the process as mentioned in the link. any other suggestions?

You can inspect what is going wrong , using toogle device from chrome  , select the device in which you want to inspect and check for the html code.
