Glitch On Header Tablet Mode

Hallo, i have a problem about little glitch on css at header when on tablet mode.

The glitch is at user interface at left menu. The icon menu it must inside header not outside header.

Anyone can suggest ?

Hi ,

We need to see what exactly is breaking there. It could be due to the customisation in the skin.

Check with the image width and height (width * height in px as 20*40 ) and from the screen layout remove any customisation.

I was try to delete all the customization but i didn't found the thing that making glith.
I will try more harder to find that 

Have more suggetion to do that ?
