How to convert a paragraph to xlsx or csv file?

I have a Paragraph rule with some properties: text, pages, lists. I want to convert the rule to a xslx or csv file.
For example, I have got this (CommitteeMembers and GarbageTypes are other Paragraph rules):

And I want to get something like this:
